Abstract:
Intermittent fasting (IF) can cure diseases and promote health. In recent years, it has been found that gut microbiome plays an important mediate role in the treatment of diseases by IF. This paper discusses in detail how IF treats diseases by remodeling gut microbiome, and puts forward some views on whether gut microbiome and IF have the therapeutic potential for diseases.
