摘要:
鉴于临床医学效果愈来愈多地与基础医学研究结果不相一致,而使西医学面临着愈来愈 严峻的挑战,从复杂性科学“初始条件”理论的角度,在对西医学特异性防治其所面临的困惑与挑战、 中医学辨证施治进行分析探讨的基础上,提出了转变科学观念,正确认识中西医学辨证与辨病相结合 在认识方法上的互补性与重要性,以促进临床医学认识方法的进一步发展与完善,实现复杂性科学所 强调的既要重视物质或因素本身的作用,也不忽视对其作用“初始条件”的认识、把握与处理。
Abstract:
In view of the fact that the effect of clinical medicine is more and more inconsistent with the results of basic medicine research, the western medicine is facing more and more severe challenges. Based on the analysis and discussion of the puzzles and challenges faced by the special prevention and treatment of western medicine and Bianzheng Shizhi (diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition) of traditional Chinese medicine from the theory of “initial condition” of complexity science, we propose to change the scientific concept and correctly understand the complementarity and importance of the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in Chinese and western medicine, so as to promote the further development and improvement of clinical medical cognitive methods and realize the emphasis of complexity science, which not only pays attention to the function of matter or factor itself, but also doesn’t neglect the initial condition of its action.
