摘要:
目前我国风湿性心脏患者数量庞大,人工瓣膜置换术仍是治疗风湿性心脏病的有效手段 之一。经过五十多年的发展,人工瓣膜置换术已成熟,但人工瓣膜却没有变化,其血流动力学性能 及瓣膜相关并发症没有进一步改善。临床工作中,仍有较多需要二次换瓣的患者,证明了目前双叶 机械瓣尚不是最完美的产品,仍有许多有待改进的地方。本文将阐述目前双叶机械瓣的利与弊及如 何改进。
Abstract:
At present, the number of patients with rheumatic heart disease is huge in China, and artificial valve replacement is still one of the effective methods for treating rheumatic heart disease. Prosthetic valve replacement has matured, but the artificial valve has not changed after more than 50 years of development, and the hemodynamic performance and valve-related complications have been not further improved. In clinical practice, there are still many patients who need secondary valve replacement, which proves that the current bileaflet prosthetic valve is not the most perfect product, and it needs more improvements. This article will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the current bileaflet prosthetic valve and how to improve it.
